BRAND ACTIVISM AND SOCIAL INFLUENCE AS PART OF BRAND REFORM

Marketing Finland supports marketing and communication for organizations as well as service providers in the field. Their members are united by a desire to do high-quality marketing and communication.
During Marketing Finland's brand reform, ATAÁ partnered up with the organizations to act as an internal social change agent within the association by implementing corporate social responsibility into practical actions. The collaboration strongly included promoting equality, inclusion and diversity among the stakeholders. For example, ATAÁ planned and produced monthly membership events centered around DEI.
The increased social responsibility of the association facilitated by the cooperation increased the union's member satisfaction, helped to reach new target audiences, and made it an attractive brand to form partnership also contributed to the development of a work environment that increased innovation.
